Safe drinking water is now being provided at the UNRWA Nuseirat Co-Ed Primary School in Gaza. RVF engineers have been able to repair the water purification unit, providing safe water for drinking and hygiene to thousands of displaced families sheltering at the school. UNRWA has taken over the running of the unit but RVF’s team on the ground will continue to work with UNRWA partners to maintain the unit, ensuring its technical functionality and safety. RVF is working to get other desalination unites up and running at other schools and public areas in Gaza.
