RVF (Rostropovich-Vishnevskaya Foundation) began its work in Russia after being founded by Mstislav Rostropovich and Galina Vishnevskaya in 1991. RVF has been working to improve the health and future of children in Russia since that time. Following the successful completion of the vaccination initiative against hepatitis B, the RVF is continuing to focus on modernizing vaccination in the Russian Federation.
